🔥 Last night’s Box & Burn was a fiery one! 🔥
We definitely stepped it up a notch and the vibes were HIGH! Girls who used to dance together are now boxing together, people are joining us from other gyms, and clients are bringing along their friends and family. We’re loving seeing so many new faces alongside our amazing regulars!
The thing I love most about this class is that everyone is welcome and nobody feels out of place. Whether you’ve never boxed before or you’re an elite athlete, everyone gets stuck in, supports each other and gives it their all. 🥊
I’m so impressed with everyone’s commitment, dedication and effort—it’s incredible! And what a finisher to end another brilliant class! 🥵🔥

What a class from start to finish! 🥊💦
We had some new faces joining us tonight alongside my regular crew, and the energy was unreal!
Sweaty doesn’t even cover it 😂 Everyone absolutely grafted!
And of course, good old Aunt Sal came to visit us for the finisher 😈😂 Everyone loves Sally… until she turns up at the end of class!
