We have a wide range of activities, group sessions & the ability to socialise with people experiencing the same difficulties.
All of our sessions are held in a relaxed & fun filled environment. You will be greeted by a warm and inviting welcome. Anyone who is interested in being a volunteer and would like to join our friendly team, then please get in touch for more information.
