Ever fancied having a go at a swim run? Then why not sign up for our GOG Aquathlon!

This is beginner friendly with a choice of distances, all at Eirias Park Leisure Centre and Stadium.

Junior entry is just £1 and adults £5 and all participants get a lovely slate medal to take home with them.

You don't need to have any experience, nor do you need to be part of a club. This is beginner friendly and you can sign up here.

Despite Storm Amy’s best efforts, the North Wales Community Day by Triathlon Cymru is still on this Sunday, starting at 10:00 at the Wild Horse Tap Room.
