☀️July ☀️
Our July timetable is here.
Usually over the summer months classes can be a little quieter, so please check with your regular teacher for any changes to their schedule.
However, this also makes the summer the perfect time to start on your yoga or Pilates journey. With smaller classes, you will receive more attention from your teacher and give yourself the chance to become familiar with the equipment and sequencing.
Join us this month and discover how amazing it feels to move and stretch your body.

Our annual PTSD UK Wagathon® is back, and we'd love for you and your dog to take part! 🐾
Dogs (and any pet, in fact) can be a huge source of comfort for people with PTSD and C-PTSD, so the PTSD UK Wagathon® is your chance to challenge yourself and your pooch to a 9K walk over the August Bank Holiday weekend (Friday 28th to Monday 31st August). It takes place just after International Dog Day on 26th August, so it's the perfect time to support your favourite charity with your best friend by your side. 🐶
Every entry receives a FREE PTSD UK dog bandana for your pooch!
You can do your walk anywhere you fancy, with family, friends or other dog owners, on your favourite route or somewhere new. We're relying on the honour system for the mileage, so there's no need to 'prove' you completed your 9K with your K9, and you can do it all in one go or spread it across the weekend. There's no minimum sponsorship amount either, so just raise what you can!
To get involved, simply:
1️⃣ Sign up online by paying the £16 registration fee
2️⃣ Set up your fundraising page (through GiveAsYouLive Donate, JustGiving or Facebook Fundraisers, for example)
3️⃣ Ask friends, family and co-workers to support you with a donation, or to join the Wagathon® themselves!
4️⃣ Do your 9K with your K9 wherever you are in the country, and share your updates, selfies and videos on social media to spread even more awareness
5️⃣ Feel proud that you and your doggo have raised awareness and funds to support PTSD UK!
