I used to think ChatGPT was the s*t. Now I see he’s actually a bit of a bawbag
I was obsessive with it
Had a question - I’d ask it.
Had a problem - I’d tell it.
Had a feeling - I’d share it.
I used it as a thinking tool.
But then eventually told it to think for me.
To decide for me.
To tell me what’s right, what’s not. What to do, what not to do.
I became a slave to it.
Literally ChatGPT’s lil bitch😂
I came to a point where I was trying to use it to create strategies, plans, to help bring ideas to life
- but what I ended up with was Ai generated jobby.
Generic s**te.
It ripped out every bit of authenticity and realness I had.
It took away the human part of me n made me sound like a robot.
Because I was reciting what a robot told me.
Wild.
Now I use it to help with research. To find benefits to this, drawbacks to that. Or to find prices for holidays n s**t.
But to actually help me decide, regulate my emotions, keeping my mindset right, coming up with plans…
That’s a human job that Ai can’t replace.
What do you use ChatGPT for?
Do you use it as a replacement for coaching - if so, I’m interested to hear how it’s helping you rn

My goal’s simple…
It’s not to get massive, shredded or be able to bench a horse.
It’s wellbeing; Being well.
I want my body to reflect who I am on the inside.
I want my training, eating and recovery to be a practice of self-respect.
I want to give my body what it needs so that I can always do my best; always give my best to my priorities.
And most importantly, I want to keep loving the process for as long as I can.
What’s your goal?

How different would you look and feel a month or two from now if you were able to give just 3-5 hours out your busy week to train?
How will you look and feel if you don’t?

Had the best time in Belfast during the Fleadh
First time experiencing Ireland
City centre was like a 24/7 street party
Craic was 90, people were dead on n food was grand
👆🏼that’s Irish patter I picked up from the most warm n welcoming people I met along the way
What a time ☘️🇮🇪💚
I can’t believe this coach called my out on my technique
Is what I’d say if I still thought like before 10 years of training😂
Nah my friend said this n it reminded me of how I used to think about leg pressing / squatting movements.
I thought, the lower/ deeper, the better.
All good n well when you’re working quads.
But for glutes?
I find a more hip dominant movement where the knees travel less over the ankles works best.
Applies to split squats, lunges, deadlifts as much as it does leg presses.
If you’re a 🎀gym gurly✨ trying to grow a dump truck of doom, then I can, believe it or not, show you how to get more out of what you’re probably already doing (wrong)
(Joking, kinda)
Focus on what you’re feeling, that’ll tell you if you’re hitting it right🍑
Nobody likes going to the gym when they feel s*tty,
but sometimes those sessions where you feel the worst end up being the best
that’s been true for me as much as it was one of my clients last week.
If you cba going, go anyway.
Progress isn’t made in the moments you most want to do the thing,
But in those moments where you least want to, but do it anyway.
Being held accountable to doing this goes a long way.
So if you feel like that’s what you’re missing rn, DM me “SHOW UP” and I’ll show you how we do it
Once I got started, it was easy to keep going.
Most people delay feeling that confidence in their body not because they can’t do it - but because they put off getting started for so long.
My client said it best in his testimonial the other day there
“I wish I’d started years earlier instead of making excuses.
It might feel like a big step at first, but once you get going you’ll wonder why you waited so long.
It’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself.
I gained confidence that I didn’t even realise I was lacking”
If you can relate, DM me PRIDE - I’ll share a shortcut I learned years later that shifts the feeling in moments instead of carrying it for years like I did
Motivation comes after you start, not before.
It’s the reward, not the starting point.
Every client I’ve helped transform started without it.
Busy, tired, stressed out… doubting they’re even capable of making it happen.
But they started.
Took a leap, made a commitment and kept a promise to themselves.
And a few weeks in, something shifts.
Not the body first. The belief in themselves. They can do this.
They start trusting their own word again.
That’s where motivation actually comes from.
Not a fu***ng quote.
Evidence that they CAN - when they felt like they couldn’t.
You don’t need to feel ready to start.
You need one kept promise to yourself. Then another.
If you’ve been waiting for motivation before you start,
Remember that it works the other way round.
DM me RUT and I’ll send you a free gift to help you find your motivation again.
