The juniors all took part in a mini olympics competition at their last training session before a summer break. Seperated into different age groups they competed in 6 different events consisting of a 35m dash, a 6minute endurance run, 2 throwing events and 2 jumping events. The sun was shining, the children worked hard putting all their training into practice with lots of smiles and fun had by all. Thankyou to coach Jason for putting it all together and to the volunteers for helping.
We are having a short break for summer, but hoping to organise a family run one evening, we will then be back in september to start training again. Enjoy the sunshine from coaches Helen, Jason and Mike 🩷🖤🩷
