One of the things we love most about the Mudlark is that you don't have to choose between running with your child and running your own race.

You can run the 2K Mudling together, then take on either the 5K Mudlite or the 11K Mudlark yourself.

Whether you're chasing a PB, running with friends or making memories with your family, there's something for everyone. 💛

Three months is a perfect time to prepare for a new challenge. Maybe give Couch to 5K a go - do they make an 11 km version too? The nine-week plan even leaves a little room for that summer holiday.

Whether you’re taking on the 11 km, tackling the 5 km, or cheering on a Mudling, we’d love to see you on the start line on 11 October. 🏅

We’re already gearing up for another fantastic day of running, mud, and community spirit—and we’d love your help to make it happen!

We’re currently looking for:
🙌 Volunteers for race HQ
🚩 Course marshals
👥 New members to join our friendly organising committee
