Peaceful Mama: Pregnancy + Postnatal classes for September are live and ready for you to book.
Pregnancy - Tuesdays at 6pm.
Postnatal - Thursdays 10am (FULL) + 11.15am.

AND Peaceful Mama : Birth. 4th October 10am-1pm.
A workshop for you and your partner ahead of your little one's arrival. We dive into everything you need to know to get you feeling ready, informed and empowered!!
This is a really great alternative to NCT and Fedant approved.

Thursday is mum and baby yoga class day. 2 classes each week at 10am + 11.15am in Tidenham Hall, Tutshill.

10am is full, spaces are available at 11.15am.

This is a gentle and nurturing class with focus being on helping you to feel like you again after pregnancy, birth and your journey into motherhood.

This class is for YOU with your baby right by your side! 🤍🤍
