Very proud to have been awarded my Intermediate (Level 2) Coaching Certificate with Crawley Combat Academy yesterday.
Also super proud to say that Hedd (my longest standing student) and Helen are down in Crawley doing their Level 1 Coach course.

Thank you to The Pobl Trust for their grant to Physical Empowerment CIC which allowed us to buy a BOB DUMMY, A FAIRTEX PUNCHBAG AND GLOVES & LEG PADS.
