just wanted to share my progression in the gym over the last 18 months. i started this journey not knowing anything about weight training or the nutrition i needed to see results. i have built up the knowledge over the last year and have never been happier with my ongoing results. it’s still been a tough journey, having previously struggled with an eating disorder and body dismorphia. the battle with your mind is probably the hardest one when it comes to results and pushing yourself. i hope to be able to help other people push themselves and see results they’re proud of 🫶🏼🫶🏼
