Up and on the go this morning starting the week right with my best friend & my son with an early morning upper push session in the gym 💪👊

No FITBOX tonight due to the bank holiday so need to get some other cardio in along the way today 👌

New week, locked in mindset ready to do the last few weeks of my deficit before working back to maintenance 🔥

Kids are back to school this week which helps massively with routine too!

Bit of a different post from me today 👌

As you all know I lost nearly 7 stone back in 2024 and those of you who know me personally will agree when I hit my goal I looked poorly, thin and had 0 muscle as I wouldn’t of dreamt of going to the gym or working out 🏋️‍♀️

In January I had a breakdown which also resulted in a psychotic episode, hospitalisation and new meds for the rest of my life.

One of the meds is very well known for leading to weight gain and throw that in the mix with being poorly I put almost 3 stone back on 😵‍💫🤯 because let’s face it macros and calories were bottom of my agenda 🙌

Anyway when the kids broke up for summer I set myself a goal, I’m slowly getting my life back and the one thing keeping me down mentally was the weight I’d gained 😔 so I decided to do something about it, coached my arse back into shape & just look at these photos 🤯🤯

It’s good to be back 🙌💪

I’ve been in hospital the past week fighting off e-coli In my right kidney 😔 I was very poorly but am now on the mend again ❤️

I can’t thank all the doctors, nurses and consultants enough for everything they have done for me, the NHS gets so much stick but after the last 6 months I can’t thank them enough, I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for them 💪& to my family for sitting at my bed side keeping me company ❤️

The staff work under huge amounts of pressure & they are worth there weight in gold 🥰

I’m home now & getting better everyday 🙌❤️

It was my daughters birthday yesterday & im so glad I was able to come home in time 😁

I’ve had enquiries regarding 1-1 and online coaching & I’ll be posting a September offer soon 💪

Now to make memories with my tribe for the last week of the hols ❤️

Today was my lie in day but of course I was up at 5 😵‍💫😂

Anyway slow morning today which is well needed ❤️

I met my new care coordinator yesterday & we get on really well! We’ve started working on the long term recovery & understanding my diagnoses 😁

The mornings are getting darker which means my favourite time of year is on the way 🥰

Hope everyone is ok 😁

I’ve been busy with lots of appointments this past week & have a good few to go!

The past 3 weeks I’ve been locked in on a deficit to shift the weight I gained as a side effect of my meds! Over half a stone gone & I feel so much better already ❤️

As you all know I took a step back to give me more time at home to stabilise my mental health 💪

I’ve slowly been getting back to work & have opened up a couple of face to face pt slots, these are 1-1 but can also be 2-1 if you want to sign up with a friend 😁

These slots are discounted as I build myself and my business back up after a long 7 months 🥰
