Metafit and Fitness Training with Andy H

After what has been a fun filled 10 years meeting loads of like minded people who want to get fitter and stronger I have decided to step away from the Metafit and circuits sessions which I have enjoyed delivering.
A massive thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported me throughout these times and I have had a fantastic blast but now believe I need to devote more time to my family.

Hi folks, for info, there are no circuits or Metafit for the next couple of weeks due to ongoing issues at the Sea Cadets Unit.

Hi folks, just to let you all know circuits tonight are cancelled. Metafit is still on tomorrow night.

Hi All, it is time to get back on track so circuits and Metafit will return this week. Tonight circuits will start at 6 30pm. Come along and give it a go.

Hi folks, it is with a heavy heart that I must tell you that there will be no classes this week.
Our Mum passed away suddenly on New Year's Day and although I thought I would be ok it has hit me harder than I could imagine so with that in mind I have decided to take a bit more time to comprehend what has happened.

Hello everyone, due to some ongoing issues at the Sea Cadet unit I have decided to cancel the planned Metafit session this week.
Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week starting with circuits on Tuesday.
