A little something out of the ordinary: cutting seat posts and home visits - loved it. Bike fitting doesn’t have to be in one place.
Everything about both of these bike fits (Giant Propel & wattbike Atom) we’re amazing. Including the living legend that is Gary Glô.
The nicest fella you’ll ever meet and some of the nicest bit of kit you’ll come across too! Apart from cutting a couple mm of that carbon seat post every time we measured it was all a dream.
We took Gary’s measurements from his previous Propel and tinkered a few things along the way to make sure these bike mirrored one another. Got him comfortable which was the priority and now he’s laughing.
If you need anything outside the box then just hit me up 👌
Cheers Gary. Happy riding!

A super fun weekend ahead - a little something for everyone 🤠
Let’s get it!
Never too late to get in touch if your interested 🤙
fforest - Gran ffondo
All 3 routes include hills, valleys, coastline and magical places to stop more often if you like. The longer you go the more you'll see but the harder it gets. Have a look at the routes in detail.

Rhian came in with a string of issues that was making her bike more and more uncomfortable.
Issues such as foot numbness, shoulder pain & back pain this all coming from not having a bike fit before.
Take a look at her before & after position of what was uncomfortable to now comfortable position for Rhian 🙌

Last time I saw .tri we were in France playing rugby 10 years ago - and now he’s in my bike fitting studio, who’d have thought?
I’ve had a few “ex rugby players” come through the doors recently and although it’s sad to see people hanging their boots up, it’s great to see they’re still putting those efforts in off the pitch 🙌
We spent a good few hours on this position just to make sure it was right for the races he’s entering - we both couldn’t be happier!
Good luck mate, can’t wait to hear how you get on 🤘

Lovey bloke! Was super fun working with on his position for his first triathlon.
Needless to say he smashed it!
I’ve really enjoyed fitting people from all types of backgrounds with all kinds of goals and ambitions recently - keep ‘Em coming is all I can say 🤘

I saw a while ago and we came to the conclusion that the integrated bars he was running were just too much of a stretch… a couple months later and he’s back with a fresh set and his hand on the hoods! Beauty.
He also mentioned pain and discomfort in his left rotator cuff before & after his new bars - I can do a lot of things but I can’t cure something unrelated to the bike.
While observing him we did find that he fell to one side more than the other while riding 🤷🏼♂️
My best advice is to do more than just ride your bike. Move a little more and work on your imbalances off the bike just as much as you work on how well your socks match your top 🙌
Also, a bike fit accompanies all those perfectly too 🤘

Firstly this S-WORKS SL6 is amazing 🤤 and secondly the colour is spot on.
Thanks for coming in, Barry. Always a privilege working on lovely bikes like this.
One thing Barry wanted to take away from the bike fit was that he was comfortable and could ride discomfort free - he came to the right place if you ask me.
We focussed on keeping the mass on the bike in a position that took pressure off his hands and neck while still being able to put power down when he wants!
If you don’t see him changing car tyres you’ll see him riding this bad ass rigs… he’s also been kind enough to lend me those 64’s 😍

CLEAT POSITION
A common theme this week with a few miss aligned cleats!
Some really obscure ones and some not so obscure ones! One of the most important part of any bike fit is your cleat set up - it’s where the majority of your power goes to.
Sometimes they’re just not tightened up enough and other times they’ve been set up badly!
Set these up correctly and you can’t go far wrong…
