What does Move it or Lose it mean to you? 💜💚
For some people, it’s the class that helped them feel more confident on their feet.
For others, it’s where they discovered exercise could be fun, friendly and something to look forward to — not something to dread.
It might be the friendships made over the years, the laughter shared in class, the instructor who knows just how to adapt each move, or the feeling of getting stronger and more independent week by week.

“It’s normal.”
That’s not something Janet had heard about her blood pressure for a long time.
Janet attends Fiona’s Move it or Lose it classes in Langbank — and recently shared something incredible with us.
At her annual medical review, while waiting to be seen, she did some of the isometric exercises she’d learned in class. Exercises she now regularly does at home.
When the nurse took her blood pressure, she paused…
👉 Then said, “I’ll take that again in five minutes.”
After repeating the test, her response?
“It’s normal.” — said with genuine surprise.
This is someone who has been on blood pressure medication since 1990.
💚 And she puts this change down to consistently doing the simple, targeted exercises she learned in class.
This is exactly why what we do matters.
It’s not just about moving more.
It’s about giving people the tools, confidence and knowledge to support their health every single day.
Small actions. Done consistently.
Real impact.
