This place honestly feels like something from a movie. 🌿💧 I didn't want to leave today..

Welcome to Waterfall Country where today’s adventure was the Four Waterfalls Trail from Pontneddfechan.

Everyone I met was so happy enjoying the waters and feeling of Pandora vibes 🌈

A 6.88 mile trail personally for myself through the woodland, rivers and some of the most incredible waterfalls Wales has to offer… (I went in five times in different places ) But you can make the distance much shorter I extended as I was running.

And the waterfalls… crystal 🔮 Clear ..

My advice… don’t just walk it. Take your time, explore, and pack your swimmers because those waterfall dips are something else 🙌

Take care (water shoes and safety 🛟 near the drops ) This place is amazing, but no picture is ever worth risking your safety 🛟 near the dalls. Respect nature, stay aware, and make it home with incredible memories. 💙🌊

Wales… you really are beautiful 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and so much I want to explore !

📍 PIN THIS WALK Discover the real Llantrisant! 🥾❤️

Most people visit Llantrisant for the shops... but if that's all you do, you're missing one of the most fascinating walks in South Wales.

Start in Talbot Green, head up to Billy Wynt, wander through the historic streets to St Illtud's Church, explore Llantrisant Castle, then finish at the Bull Ring, home to the statue of Dr William Price.

Along the way you'll discover centuries of Welsh history...

🌿 Billy Wynt is one of Llantrisant's biggest mysteries. The stone tower you see today is the restored remains of an older structure. Many believe it was once a medieval windmill, while others think it may have been linked to the castle. Whatever its original purpose, the views from the top are absolutely worth the climb.

⛪ St Illtud's Church stands on a site of Christian worship dating back to the 7th century, with much of the present church built by the Normans in the 11th century. It's a peaceful place that has watched over the town for well over a thousand years.

🏰 Llantrisant Castle, built around 1246, was once a powerful Norman fortress. It even held King Edward II prisoner before he was taken to Berkeley Castle.

👨‍⚕️ At the Bull Ring you'll find Dr William Price, one of Wales' most extraordinary characters. Although born near Caerphilly, he made Llantrisant his home. A doctor, reformer and druid, he changed British history when his court case led to the legalisation of cremation.

For me, though, this walk is about more than history. ❤️

It's where my dad grew up... where he married my mum... and now it's where he rests forever. Every time I walk these streets, I feel close to him. The memories, the stories and the history all come together in one very special place.

So next time you're heading to Llantrisant, don't just go shopping.

Walk the streets. Climb the hill. Read the history. Take in the views. Make some memories.

As the sun rose over the beautiful coastline of Penarth, hundreds gathered to welcome the longest day of the year. Coffee in hand, cake shared among friends, and a community united by the simple magic of watching a new day begin. ☕🍰🌅

A huge shout-out to the incredible community. What started as a sunrise gathering has become something truly special a movement built on connection, positivity, adventure and showing up for life before the rest of the world wakes up. 🙌🏴‍☠️

No filters. No noise. Just the sea, the sunrise, great people and unforgettable energy.
