That’s why we created Money Circle, a fully funded healing circle for women to support them with their relationship with money.

Hear from our practitioner Maria, who will be running these sessions:

‘Starting this month, I’m working with EmpowerMe Sisters to bring a series of lovely workshops where I’ll be holding gentle space as I work with you to relax, heal and transmute old wounds and narratives around money, abundance and receiving.

These Money & Abundance healing workshops will be held at ‘Womb’ in Cardiff over the coming months. They’re fully funded, but you need to book on, so I’ll leave the link below, just in case you feel quietly called to join.

This is for anyone who feels that money can bring up anxiety, stress, tightness, guilt, fear, or ‘old stuff.’
If money gives you the ick, then let’s work together to overcome that ick! If you feel uncomfortable with ‘receiving,’ then let’s bring some nice energy healing to that wound. ✨

These sessions are not about pressure, goal setting, budgets, hustle, or ‘fixing’ anything.
They’re a calm, supportive space to explore our relationship with money and abundance, and to bring some relaxation, recalibration and healing, through dropping into the mind, heart, body and nervous system.

Each session will include:
✨ A short grounding meditation.
✨ Reflective journal prompts.
✨ Gentle somatic (body-based) practices to release and regulate.
✨ A nourishing sound and energy healing meditation to integrate and settle.

You’re welcome to come to one session, a few sessions, or simply when you feel called to - the sessions don’t need to be attended in order.
