✨ Obsession Sessions: Trick of the Week ✨
Starting tomorrow, every Thursday 7:10pm with Jessamy at CRPD Newport
We're excited to introduce a brand new class designed for those moments when you don't want to learn lots of things—you want to finally crack that one thing.
Each week we'll take one trick, transition, shape, or spin and spend the entire session obsessing over it.
Expect technique breakdowns, drills, conditioning, troubleshooting, progressions, regressions, and plenty of practice time to help that skill finally click.
No rushing through a long list of tricks. Just focused, purposeful training and lots of opportunities to ask questions and refine the details.
