"Comparison is the thief of joy"
You can't control many things
But what you can control is putting in the effort
The hard work
Making the necessary sacrifices
For a better YOU
If you go all in, regardless of what others are doing
That's when you'll achieve great things ππ½

A wise man once said;
Look
If you had
One shot
Or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted
In one moment
Would you capture it
Or just let it slip?

I used to think "the more I do, the better results"
I'm sure you did as well, or maybe even still do
But that's the quickest way to overtraining and hurting long-term progress!
You don't NEED to be spending that long to get a GREAT session
An Apple Watch isn't 100% accurate in terms of cals burned etc. but it does give a reasonable indication among tracking other things
Here's a few reasons why my clients and I are in and out of the gym within an hour or so
1οΈβ£ Shorter sessions & rest periods boosts metabolism & calorie burn, challenging both cardiovascular and muscular systems far more
2οΈβ£ Shorter workouts offer the flexibility and prevent boredom. By incorporating different exercises and training methods, you can keep your sessions fresh and maintain motivation over time.
3οΈβ£ Longer workouts can increase the risk of overtraining, which can lead to fatigue, & decreased performance. I cannot stress this enough - QUALITY OVER QUANTITYβοΈ
4οΈβ£ My main reason - WE ALL HAVE S**T TO DO!
Whether it's a time-restraining job, children, home life
We all have a life to get on with outside of the gym
Why spend unnecessary time slogging it in the gym, giving you no time for anything else
You'll start to resent training, and the time restrictions that come with it
Next thing you know you've given up...
Back to square one...
Wondering what you have to do to see results
If your reason as to why you have no results
Or you don't THINK you can achieve your goals
Is "I don't have time"
You just haven't found the right coach who can implement these methods, while having your best interests at heart
Good news for you is that's my bread & butter π€·π½ββοΈ
Lack the knowledge on how to implement these?
Need the confidence to execute?
Spending too fu***ng long in the gym?
Want the MOST bang for your buck sessions?

Are you guilty of this? π«΅π½
Probably are without even knowing it π€·π½ββοΈ
Don't let overtraining compromise the hard training, good food, and disciplined habits you've built over time
You may lack the knowledge and structure on how to train EFFICIENTLY
Or even lack the time to fit it into your busy schedule
Good news?
That's exactly what I do for you, without the guesswork π«‘
Train smarter, not harder π§ π

π What just 8 WEEKS can do when you have a goal, a plan
AND the right coach for you π«΅π½
Leaner
Stronger
HAPPIER
As someone who competed in athletics and football from a young age - I place an ASTRONOMICAL importance in lower body strength and performance.
I train legs 2x a week (sometimes 3x) π«‘
All too many guys neglect it and seriously overlook the COUNTLESS benefits to strong, powerful legs.
Why???
Because it's "too hard", or it doesn't stroke their ego the same as benching their bodyweight (there, I said it) π€·π½ββοΈ
I absolutely LOVE the fact it doesn't just challenge the body/muscles..
But your mind, will to succeed and determination to GET IT DONE
My client has embraced that
She wanted bigger, stronger, more toned/shaped glutes
The results in her legs AND glutes has improved tenfold - along with her self-confidence π―
Previously my client had been without a structured plan - training what she wanted, when she wanted... lacking the time and purpose to go all in with her training
She was not overweight or out of shape but wasnβt unlocking her TRUE potential
Like so many people I speak to.. no matter what level they are at on their journey.. they fall short of their potential due to avoiding the HARD WORK
Or the work that "isn't pretty" and makes them actually need to DIG DEEP!
I didn't give her a BS "b***y building" protocol
She dug deep and took everything on board
Building from the ground up
The sessions I programmed for her allowed her to;
β
Get in AND out of the gym within an HOUR
β
Eat food she enjoyed eating with friends and family - no BANNED foods
β
Unlock her potential through support and bespoke programming
She's a trooper ππ»ββοΈ
ALL YOU NEED FOR THE SAME RESULTS
Is a no BS attitude
A willingness to do the hard graft
Trust the process
Think you can do those 3 simple things?
π² DM me the word GLUTES and let me help YOU get results you can be proud of without revamping your daily routines

Simple fixes = evident results π
ππ½ Went on more walks to just GET MOVING, taking the stairs where possible and walking to get their weekly shop rather than ordering it
ππ½ Instead of calorie tracking (causing a bad reaction with food) we started a food diary consisting of photos of meals - ignoring the whole 'numbers game'.
ππ½ Starting at just 2 sessions a week and soon to introduce more around work has worked a TREAT
π² DM me the word 'AUDIT' and let's see what we can fix to get you one step closer to your goals without overhauling your ENTIRE lifestyle.

βοΈRESULTS NO MATTER WHATβοΈ
Family.. business owner... no sleepβ¦
Just a short list of things my client's had to deal with this last couple weeks!
Things have been tough, on all fronts
Lack of sleep, motivation and self-confidence
That itself can ruin you..
Thats the difference - no more magic or special.. just integrity and a will to succeed
It never is easy - but the result is worth the shorter term sacrifice and an eagerness to get 1% better
So many are willing to live a false life and rely on food and drink to fill their happiness but live in an unhappy and unconfident body
Enjoying life is not what you currently believe it is
But actually being happy in YOURSELF.. so do what is needed to achieve that and not fall victim to society every day!
You have to build to balance
My client goes on mini breaks..
Days out with the family = meals and drinks out
It isn't a case of "it cant be had"
Just not ALL the time, on top of weekly sh*te food and poor routines
Initial sacrifices to many seem hardβ¦
But I can assure you the hardship of making a change & that first step
Is tonnes better than the hardship of living the rest of your life unhappy and insecure
This hasn't been easy for her, self doubt, zero sleep, lack of time...
But having support and someone pushing when needed is why she is where she is today - 7 weeks later. This is just the start! ππ½
You want a result like hers?
But a result off your OWN hard work?
You want someone who is passionate to get you there and be able to get in your head when your head is defeating you?
π² DM me the word RESULTS and let's get down to business
