Hi I’m Becky, a local fitness instructor. I’m pleased to offer a weekly Pilates and Yoga session, suitable for a range of abilities and experience levels. Classes combine strengthening, mobility, flexibility and mindful movement, helping you to improve posture, body awareness and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re new to Pilates and yoga or looking to maintain and develop your existing practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed and encouraged to work at a level that feels right for you.

A little milestone I’m very proud to share…

I’ve completed my Sound Bath Practitioner training with The Sound Souls.

What started as a curiosity about the power of sound has opened up a whole new world for me by learning about vibration, different instruments and, most importantly, how to create a safe and nurturing space where people can pause, breathe and simply be.

It’s been such a special experience learning, practicing and sharing the journey with this wonderful group.

I’m excited to continue learning, developing my practice and seeing where this new chapter takes me.

Sound, stillness and space to simply be.

Here’s to new beginnings.
