Unfortunately we’re unable to to the hall this Tuesday at Brocton so session is cancelled. However it will be on as normal on Tuesday 4th August. Alternatively you’re all more than welcome to book our Friday sessions in Cannock details on the booking link

You don’t need a reformer! Adding resistance bands to a Pilates exercise will increase your strength over time and also enable you to really feel your core engage. Try this at home and let me know how you get on?
