Meet Beth 👋

She has been a huge part of Forge since opening and is one of our most valued members of the gym!

She brings the energy to every class and if you haven’t seen her dancing in the gym, I’m sure you will now 🤣

Beth is also somone that never really did classes and ever since Forge opened, she’s been a regular part of our Hyrox class and competed in both Hyrox events and other Hybrid style competitions!

FORGE ALL IN was everything we stand for! pushing limits, backing each other, and proving what happens when a community comes together with one goal: STRONGER TOGETHER AND READY FOR ANYTHING .
