I haven’t posted in a while…

This is what I’ve been up to in the past couple of months😊

•Provided sports massage to runners at the Barry 10K to raise money for Cancer Research Wales

•Started my second season working as Sports Therapist with Newport City FC

•Started a Sports Massage Therapist role with PhysioSpace

•Working with my lovely massage clients✨

•Finished a 6 week Placement in Musculoskeletal Outpatients 🦴👩‍⚕️

•Finished 10 week day release placement working within back to fitness NHS exercise classes

•Worked alongside other student Physios, Physiotherapists and the team to raise money and provide sports massage at a cycling event for Prostate Cymru🚲

•Provided Sports Massage at another Ronald McDonald Wellbeing event💖

•Still trying to stay fit and active myself 🏃‍♀️

•Had lots of uni work and exams 😅

It’s been a very busy couple of months but I am so grateful to be doing what I love, helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to doing the things they enjoy✨

Had a great day at the Barry 10K on Sunday, providing sports massage to support runners pre and post event and working with other amazing therapists to raise money for 🏃‍♀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Last week was a busy one.

I had the opportunity to work with for the third time, providing soft tissue treatment during their visit to Wales again🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, alongside an amazing team of sports massage therapists. I then had the opportunity to watch their game against Ospreys on the weekend. Thank you to for asking me to be part of this again😊

To round off the week, I volunteered at the wellbeing event at Ronald McDonald House. I always love being part of these days—being able to use my sports massage skills to bring a bit of comfort and make things a little easier for people going through tough times means a lot 💗
