You didn’t become “the capable one” by accident.
Somewhere along the way, competence stopped being a skill and started being your identity.
And once that happens, rest feels like risk, receiving feels unsafe, and your own desires get quietly replaced by your ability to achieve things.
This isn’t a productivity problem.
It’s not a boundaries problem either - you’ve heard that one already and it didn’t fix it.
It’s what happens when “I can” becomes “I am.”
The work isn’t becoming more capable. You already are. The work is finding out who you are without it.
If this is landing -you already know.
DM me “CAPABLE” and let’s talk.

The most interesting clients I work with aren’t broken. They’re brilliant.
And they’ve got this quiet, persistent feeling that something on the inside hasn’t caught up with everything they’ve built on the outside.
That’s not a problem to fix. That’s an invitation.
3 spots. DM me READY. 😎🔥

The most self-sufficient people are often the hardest to reach - including by themselves.
You learned early to handle it.
To need nothing.
To keep moving.
And it worked.
It got you here: the career, the capability, the respect.
It just didn’t get you all the way to yourself.
That gap between who you are in a room and who you actually are - that’s not a performance issue.
That’s not something another strategy fixes.
It’s the thing underneath everything.
And it moves when you finally stop running at it sideways.

The life looks right. The results are there. But something quietly isn’t.
That’s not a lifestyle problem. That’s a root problem and it responds to precision, not more effort.

A few weeks ago I sat down with Alasdair Green for a conversation I didn’t expect to go quite as well as it did.
We talked about the years I spent not sleeping. About trading four walls for the back of my Defender, and what happened to my nervous system when I stopped trying to fix it and just… let it re-wild me.
Insomnia. C-PTSD. The slow, unglamorous work of healing that doesn’t happen on a yoga mat - it happens in the back of a Defender 90, in the warm and cold, in the quiet you can’t scroll your way out of.
I didn’t go looking for nature as therapy. I went looking for somewhere to just be, and nature did the rest. I was just looking for something. Me.
Alasdair called it one of the most meaningful conversations he’s had in 50+ episodes. I’ll let his comment below speak for itself.
🎧 Episode link in the comments/bio.
If you’re a podcast host, event organiser, or community lead looking for a guest who can speak candidly on trauma, sleep, nervous system healing, and what rewilding actually looks like in practice - not just in theory - I’d love to talk.

You’re highly capable.
You’re intelligent, intuitive, disciplined and deeply perceptive.
You get things done.
You hold responsibility.
You have strong boundaries.
You’ve done the work.
But something has changed.
More achievement isn’t necessarily the answer anymore.
You’re beginning to want something deeper:
More aliveness.
More freedom.
More inner peace.
More trust in yourself.
More connection to the part of you that exists beneath the roles, achievements and expectations.
You don’t need fixing.
You need deeper access to yourself.
This is the work I’m fascinated by: helping high-capacity, sensitive humans turn the same intelligence and courage they’ve used to master the external world inward.
Not to become someone else.
To become more fully themselves.
If you read this and thought, “F**k. This is me.”
DM me FREEDOM. ✨🔥

The most high-functioning, empathic people I work with aren’t failing. They’re not in crisis. They’re not broken.
They’ve just spent so long being the person who handles everything that they’ve lost the thread back to themselves.
Not loudly. Quietly. In the moments that should feel like enough and don’t.
If you recognise this, you don’t need more strategy. You don’t need to push harder.
You need someone who stays in the room with you while you find out what’s actually there.
