A little update ❤️

Unfortunately, I had a fall from a client’s horse earlier today and have suffered a fairly bad concussion, along with a possible fractured rib.

There isn’t really anything that can be done for the rib other than rest, so I’ve been advised to take Monday and Tuesday off to give my body — and, importantly, my head — a chance to start recovering.

This means that all lessons booked for Monday and Tuesday will unfortunately need to be cancelled. I’ll be in contact with everyone affected tomorrow to rearrange your lessons.

I’m very sorry for any inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding while I take a couple of days to recover properly.

🐴 Keeping the whole team looking and feeling their best! 🐴

All the horses are looking fantastic on Dodson & Horrell feeds alongside Equine America UK Ltd to support joint mobility and gut function.

I’ve always fed Dodson & Horrell for the last 20 years, but recently, after making a few adjustments to suit each individual horse with Gemma from D&H, I’ve noticed a massive difference in their condition, topline and muscle development across the whole team. 💪

As autumn is fast approaching 🍂, I’ll also be doing evening weigh sessions throughout the winter for anyone who would like to bring their horse along. It’s a great opportunity to keep an eye on weight and condition as the seasons change.

There will also be the chance to have a chat with my nutritionist, as small adjustments to feed can make a big difference depending on your horse’s condition, workload and the changing weather.

Keeping them healthy, happy and in the best possible condition is always the goal! ❤️🐎

The British Eventing is returning to Pontispool! 🐴✨

With a number of different classes on offer, it’s shaping up to be such an exciting event. I’m so pleased to see the possibility of this event returning to one of my absolute favourite eventing venues. ❤️

Pontispool is such a special place, and I’m keeping everything crossed that the Event is is here to stay and back on British eventing fixturess🤞🏼🐎

After a spout of consecutive wins, it’s time to take Harvey into a championship atmosphere and see how he handles the pressure.

He’s ready to get back into training, step him up another level, and hopefully put some scores on the board for Winters.

✨ What a day! ✨

A big morning for Harvey today as we headed out to secure our final regional qualifying score — and despite the pouring rain, he was an absolute superstar! 🌧️🏆 Another win in the bag, which means we’re officially heading to Regionals. Now the real work begins, with a few focused weeks ahead to fine-tune everything and get us competition-ready.

This afternoon, we welcomed the lovely Gemma from Dodson & Horrell for a full review of our horses’ feeding programmes and deliver some of our new merch. It was fantastic to sit down and discuss each horse individually, looking at their nutritional needs, physical condition, and mental responses to different feeds to ensure they’re performing and feeling their very best.

We also had a chance to check out some exciting new merchandise and start planning some upcoming projects, media opportunities, nutritional talks, and weighbridge events. Plenty of exciting things happening behind the scenes! 👀

Thankfully, all of the horses are thriving at the moment (touch wood 🤞), and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunities that continue to come our way.

Most of all, we’re thankful to live this life surrounded by amazing horses and wonderful clients who trust us to coach, support, and be part of their journey, and our amazing home grooms, who love my fur babies like their own💕 ( wouldn’t be possible without them)
