Their stunning new PB espresso machine has landed. And it’s a beauty! Painted in Hart’s signature green, our team have been working closely with Hart’s to bring this custom build to life. Shoutout to our technician James for running the installation and getting everything dialed in.

A little extra touch brings the whole space together perfectly ☕

Summer’s been a whirlwind, so last week we took some time out to hit pause and celebrate our successes!⁠

Kicking off with our bi-annual awards, a true highlight for us all and a moment to highlight what amazing people we have in the team.

Next up, we split into 5 groups and tried out everything from pottery wheels () and cinnamon bun baking () to wellness resets (), beer sensory training (), and go-kart racing ().⁠

We ended the day back at the roastery with some drinks, excellent food (shoutout !), and even better company.⁠

What started as a simple idea, bringing the Australian pie & coffee break over to Wales, has morphed itself into an example of true hospitality.

pie isn’t just about excellent pies anymore. Billy & his team are now a go to destination in Pembrokeshire for excellent coffee, brunch, run clubs, supper clubs and more!

We sat down with Billy to chat about the story behind Motley and what’s next for the business.

Summer feels like it’s just around the corner. It’s never too cold or rainy for an iced drink, so why not try this Bluemerry Matcha Latte 🌤️⁠

All you need is 2g of matcha (our favourite is ), 3 pumps of blueberry syrup, 350ml milk or alt-milk, and ice.⁠
⁠
Add 30ml hot water to matcha and whisk into a smooth paste. Add blueberry syrup to your glass and fill with ice. Pour in milk, leaving⁠ room for the matcha layer. Gently pour matcha over the milk to create the layered effect.
