Marvel is officially an international Eventer ❤️🤩 We made the long 4 hour trip to @frickleyparkhorsetrials for his first 2 star - it’s been a while since we’ve trekked that far and by far the longest for Marvel! It was such a friendly and welcoming team, we were very glad to support such a lovely event 🙏 Marvel gained so much experience and maturity with the travel and atmosphere of the event ❤️ First time in tails and pulling off a decent dressage test to be 6th after phase one! After no small amount of stress finding, getting into our overnight stabling, then planning how to get out again 🙈 we returned for jumping day! We were actually really happy with how Marvel jumped in the show jumping but he showed his inexperience jumping on the slope to have a few down, no thanks to some poor decision making by the jockey! But our main aim was a confident xc round having had some blips this season and he felt awesome 🤩 still a baby in places but never in doubt he was going to take it on ❤️❤️ finishing a very respectable 16th. This boy has definitely got a win in him in the future ❤️ MER 2 star ✅ Massive massive thanks to @beckyhunterbooks for coming on the long journey with us and being the best support! The team at home keeping him feeling so good that he’s already wired with two quiet days 🤣🙈 @balancedhorsefeeds for their support and advice given the state of the grass this summer meaning the horses have needed some additional support @hollykerr01 for giving Marv his pre event physio - clearly worked @devoucoux_uk for their support and changes with Marvels saddles @lizzel_winter for being an all round legend and great support especially in the hard times this season ❤️ #horses #horsesofinstagram #homebred #onwardsandupwards #teamwork

Hedge hopping with Marvel 🐎🐎 Not quite the confidence giving run following Upton we might have hoped for with absolute xc carnage at Dauntsey 🙈🙈 but the work on the ground was phenomenal and he came home more confident than he went out which is always a win ❤️ Not his best dressage with a bit of tension but in 2nd on a 32 dressage. A lovely clear xc which was nice after a the odd pole in our last few outings 😁 and we made it round the xc which couldn’t be said for a few 😬😬 just hesitated at the open ditch and jump judge was a bit quick to call it but such is life! And a definite look at the last boat into the water which I thought walking was a tall order!!! Jumped on second attempt and the obstacle was actually moved for the next 2 days of competition to make it a bit kinder after causing lots of trouble 🙈 so it was nice to know his only real question was more a advanced one We also managed to get out the week after and school round some small fences just to make sure we had more confidence points in the bank and jump through some of the advanced questions with a bit more confidence which was a MASSIVE help. Having jumped some real advanced questions without a hesitation training it’s clearly just the competition settings he needs to grow into :) Hoping for a nice run a Aston this week before hopefully our first international 😬😬😬 #horses #horsesofinstagram #homebred #onwardsandupwards #confidence @balancedhorsefeeds @devoucoux_uk @hollykerr01

🎉 Celebrating 15 Years of Holly Kerr Veterinary Physiotherapy! 🎉

This year marks an incredible milestone – 15 years of helping horses, dogs, and their owners through professional veterinary physiotherapy 🐴🐶💙

As you will know I’m rubbish with social media and I rarely take pictures of myself working (mainly pictures of horses feet or bottoms!) so if anyone has any photos of me and your animals or a lovely photo of your horse that I have worked with in the present or past please add in the comments below would love to see all their faces!

From treating competition horses to much-loved family pets, every patient has been part of an amazing journey. I’m so grateful for the trust my clients and referring veterinary practices have placed in me over the years.

It’s been a privilege to watch animals recover from injury, improve performance, stay comfortable in later life, and return to doing what they love and work with the most diligent and amazing owners who give everything for their four legged friends.

None of this would have been possible without the wonderful support of my clients, veterinary colleagues, farriers, trainers, and everyone who has recommended my services along the way.

This career was a dream from a young age and I am so grateful I get to do a job I genuinely love ❤️. Your continued support means the world, and I look forward to helping many more animals in the years to come.
