'ITS' (Intense Training Studios) welcomes ladies of all ages and any fitness level. Memberships range from 'Pay-as-you-go', Gym, Aerobics (HIIT, Aerobics, Body Condition) and from as little as £5 per week. Also a 'Student' membership for only £20 per month (student id needed)
Creche for children aged 0-8years. 'Platinum' membership includes unlimited creche use with gym and aerobics, from only £55
