💙 My Saturday morning Zumba Step + Lift beauties !!

💛 We resisted that urge to have a lie in and we got up and started our weekend feeling fabulous !!

💜 We all absolutely love our Saturday morning Zumba Step class, and now we’re combining it with Zumba Lift… it really is a fabulous workout! 💪🎶

💚 Still all the Zumba music and moves we love, but with the addition of some weights to make sure we’re working those muscles too! ❤️

This week’s Zumba classes have been AMAZING! 💃🔥❤️

And honestly, I’m feeling SO grateful. 🥹

I never take for granted that you choose ME to be your Zumba instructor. You could spend your time anywhere, doing anything, and you choose to spend part of your week dancing, sweating, laughing and having fun with me. That means more than you know. ❤️

And I know it’s not always easy to show up.

Life gets busy. Work gets hectic. Families need us. We’re tired. And when it’s HOT outside, finding the motivation to get up and exercise can feel like a challenge in itself! 🥵😂

So every time you walk through that door, give yourself some credit. 🙌

You showed up.
You made time for YOU.
You pushed through.
You danced.
You sweated.

And, you left feeling happier than when you arrived. ❤️

The energy, smiles, laughter, encouragement and friendships in these classes honestly make me so proud of what we’re creating together. ✨
