It's been a hectic week working more than full time hours, prepping for the summer, keeping a small human alive etc. But I'm still here and looking forward to a busy Trans Pride Brighton weekend!

11 months ago I filmed this reel and I just remembered it and had to share it again. Bumps and Babies yoga is often full of giggling and smiles, and also often crying, nappy changes, and feeds. It's all welcome and such a beautiful opportunity to move your body, bond with your baby, and meet other parents.
Once your little one is on the move (and all the way up to age 11) you're welcome to join Family Yoga which is also fully of giggles, snacks, potties, and chaos.
There is still space in both courses starting on Thursday so go and book now. Prices start from just £45 for 6 weeks.

Yesterday I was teaching a beautiful yoga class on the beach.
Today I've had lots of new followers - it seems they're mostly men I don't know who are liking and commenting on photos of me breastfeeding
Talking about and sharing about parenting is a big part of my work and I've had some incredible engagement from my recent posts. It seems that the additional visibility has also drawn in people who aren't interested in my work, and are only interested in making inappropriate comments
I will be deleting and blocking anyone who posts inappropriate comments or sends me inappropriate messages.
I will continue protect my family by avoiding posting my childs face or the face of any children I work with.
I will not stop posting about my work, my life, parenting, or breast/chestfeeding. These are important topics that need to be talked about and shown publicly. Especially within the context of LGBTQIA+ parenting where representation already is so limited.
Thank you ✨Bolly✨ for the wonderful photos
Instagram has spoken and it seems you're all much more interested in my controversial parenting than my yoga content so here we are!
If you want a combination of the two, my next family yoga and bumps and babies yoga courses start on the 23rd July!
Why could I walk into any yoga class when pregnant and be offered appropriate option for my body but now I'm not pregnant, so many teachers have no idea what to do with my fat body? (Hint - often similar options can work well!)
Do you shhhh your baby? Tell me what you think.
made me think about how much schools dehumanise older children too.
Sorry Justine!
Not sure if I should even post this but I want to hear your thoughts. Is this something you say? Does it bother you? Have missed something?
I've been back sitting at a desk more recently and I've really noticed it in my shoulders. I also enjoyed some of these movements (modified slightly to make them postnatal appropriate) when I was in the early days of breastfeeding and hadn't found the most comfortable positions yet. I'll be teaching variations on this for the next couple of classes or you could get in touch if you're interested in a 1:1.
