Throwback to our Mover's Padel Social

Absolutely loved getting the gang together away from the gym floor and having a play.

Lots of laughter, unexpected spin shots and competitive fun πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Looking forward to the next one

Every athlete wants to arrive at pre-season stronger, quicker and more confident than they finished the last one.

The difference isn't made in one big session a week before court training resumes. It's built through the small decisions you make throughout the off-season.

This workout is designed to help you develop the athletic qualities every netballer needs:

Power
Balance
Stability
Landing control
Strength

It can be completed at home, on your local netball court or even on a field, wherever you have a little space to move.

Give it a go:

β€’ 8–12 quality reps of each exercise (per side where applicable)
β€’ Complete 2–3 rounds
β€’ Rest 60–90 seconds between rounds if needed
β€’ Prioritise quality, power and control throughout

No gym.
No fancy equipment.
Just a netball, a little space and a commitment to get better.

Save this workout for your next training session and share it with a teammate who's also putting in the work this summer.

Your routine might change this summer, but your progress doesn't have to.

Whether you're on holiday, juggling the school holidays or simply can't get to the gym as often, this quick bodyweight workout will help you stay strong and keep moving.

Give it a go:

β€’ 45 seconds work / 15 seconds to transition between exercises
β€’ Complete 2–3 rounds
β€’ Focus on quality movement and control throughout

You don't need fancy equipment.
You don't need an hour.
You just need to keep moving.

Progress isn't about being perfect, it's about finding ways to keep moving when life looks a little different.

Save this workout for later and share it with someone who could use a little summer motivation.

A huge congratulations to Rachel, our Mover of the Month for June!

Like many of the incredible women I work with, Rachel is driven, incredibly busy and holds herself to high standards. She consistently shows up, pushes herself in the gym, focuses on great technique and makes movement a priority, even with the demands of running a business and family life.

More recently, she's been working on prioritising her energy and nutrition so she can get the most out of every week, not just in her training, but in life too.

All of those qualities made Rachel a strong contender for Mover of the Month.

But they weren't the reason she won.

What really stood out was how she handled a setback.

Rachel went on holiday and stuck to the movement plan we'd created together, proving that holidays don't have to mean losing all your progress. Shortly after returning home, however, she was hit by a nasty virus that kept her out of the gym for almost two weeks.

Like many of us would, she questioned whether she should push through with some home workouts. Instead, she listened to her body, gave herself permission to recover and reminded herself that two weeks of rest wouldn't undo months of consistent effort.

That mindset is exactly what we're trying to build.

Progress isn't about being perfect. It's about making the right decision for your body, even when it's not the decision you want to make.

Rachel is now back in the gym, feeling just as strong as before her holiday, with her nutrition back on track and ready to tackle the summer holidays head-on.

Congratulations, Rachel. A very well-deserved Mover of the Month!

It was a dreamy start to a beautifully sunny Sunday!

Excited to be bringing more of these classes to our group over the next few months.

As a former Wales Feather and Dragons player, I was fortunate to receive support throughout my development as an athlete.

I know first-hand the difference that good coaching, structure and guidance can make.
I also know that many talented athletes never get access to that same level of support.

Court Ready with Cath has been created to help bridge that gap.
A 12-week athlete development programme designed to help netballers arrive at next season feeling agile, powerful and ready.

Applications for the first intake close tomorrow.

Message NETBALL for more information.

Most netballers know what they want to improve.

- Faster acceleration.
- Better change of direction.
- More confidence on court.
- Greater resilience across a season.

The challenge is often knowing how to put all the pieces together.

Court Ready combines strength & conditioning, athlete development and accountability into one structured 12-week programme designed specifically for netballers.

- No guesswork.
- No random workouts.
- No hoping things improve by accident.

Just a clear plan designed to help you arrive at next season agile, powerful and ready.

Limited to 3 athletes.
Athlete onboarding begins 1 July.
Training begins 6 July.

Message "NETBALL" for more information.

Most athletes don't arrive at pre-season underprepared because they don't care.

They arrive there because life gets busy.

The structure that comes from training, matches and living in the netball bubble disappears, and before they know it, they're trying to cram weeks of preparation into a handful of sessions.

I've seen it happen time and time again.
Tomorrow I'll show you the framework I've created to help athletes stay focused, consistent and progressing throughout the off-season.

Applications for Court Ready with Cath are currently open.

If you'd like more information, message me NETBALL.
