One thing we’re keeping a close eye on this winter is how the ground copes with the wet weather conditions 👀 I took these videos on December 30th, a month which saw around 200mm of rainfall rain here 🌧️ And my truck runs on normal road tyres! 🛞 Luckily for us, the course seems to drain phenomenally, and has fantastic access for medics and vets 💪🏇❤️💃

The winter weather may have well and truly set in but the UVTC team and our senior course builder Phil have wasted no time over the festive season! Some spectacular portable fences are being built and stored away ready for the big day! It’s the year of the horse and the year of the Usk Valley Team Chase! 🏇💪💃
