Training around injury can be fun depending on how you train and what you do.

Firstly seek out professional advice from your GP or Physiotherapist and go at a pace that you are able

Maybe you are limited but not completely shut down.

Secondly- get away from unemphatic people who can offer any Supprt or limited in their skills

Thirdly - invest into a good Coach who is able to Supprt your through tough times and situations-

Once you’ve made those psychological adjustments then get back to it.

Life is real, and you have to accept reality the way it really is

Massive thanks to my coach for being human when I needed that .fitness.coaching

I want to develop my abs, What can I do for abs !? We don’t have an ab machine !

It’s ok ! I got ya, You don’t always need an ab machine !

Throw these into your next workouts phase, easy to set up and look how much more range of motion you can get at the bottom where the elbows would usually touch the ground.

More flexion - useful for both athletes for that anterior abdominal strengthening as well as someone who uses the gym regularly and wants to develop their upper abdominal region

Beginners start light at 3 x 12 reps with about 60 seconds rest and remember to contract the muscle then crunch forward working the muscle each way.

don’t rush or bounce the abs are a muscle in the body just like any other and needs to be respected and will grow in time.

This weekend’s educational fun this weekend. I’ve not done a course like this in over 14 years and they are well worth it for sharpening the tools, learning a a striving to be a better coach. 🥊

Great spend time with other coaches and even current boxers who are wanting to transition over to coach whilst they box.

If you want to change your results, you have to change your identity first.

True discipline isn’t about forcing yourself to do things you hate—it’s about aligning your daily actions with the person you want to become.

And you don’t need to be an athlete or a fitness influencer to think this way.

I coach everyday people who want extraordinary consistency. Decide who you are, back it up with your choices, and protect that standard ruthlessly.
