LIVERY REVEAL TIME…

We’re incredibly excited to reveal the Duckhams Yuasa Racing MINI that Will will race this weekend as he makes his competitive car racing debut in the MINI Challenge Trophy at Donington Park

After coming through our Sim to Reality competition, Will will now make the huge step from the virtual world to the grid, racing with multiple race-winning outfit Graves Motorsport

What started as an idea to give one talented sim racer a genuine opportunity in motorsport has grown into something much bigger. With the support of our partners, the campaign has now helped raise close to £20,000 for the David Riddell Memorial CIO, supporting its vital work around mental health.

And we think Will has a pretty special-looking car for his debut!

The iconic Duckhams Yuasa Racing colours return to the grid, joined by some brilliant old and new partners who have helped make the weekend possible.

A huge welcome back to Car Finance 247 who are once again supporting the initiative. It’s fantastic to have the team involved.

We’re also delighted to welcome Bonkers Competitions to the DYR family for the first time. One of the UK’s leading competition sites, they have some incredible prizes on offer – definitely worth checking them out.

The From Sim to Reality competition offers competitors the chance to turn virtual success into reality, with the overall winner earning a fully funded race drive in the Mini Challenge Trophy at Donington Park during the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) support weekend.

From asset finance and vehicle funding to tailored solutions for motorsport teams and businesses, Pace Finance understands the challenges of competing in one of the world’s most demanding sports. Their support will help us continue creating opportunities for talented drivers who may never have had the chance to take the next step.

Racing for a Bigger Purpose

While the competition offers an incredible prize, its purpose extends far beyond the racetrack.

Every £20 entry fee is donated in full to the Race to Save Lives campaign, in partnership with the David Riddell Memorial CIO, helping to raise awareness of mental health and su***de prevention.

Su***de remains the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50 in the UK. Through the combined reach of sim racing, esports, karting and the British Touring Car Championship, we’re using motorsport as a platform to start conversations, challenge stigma and help save lives.

We’re incredibly proud to have Pace Finance supporting a project that not only creates opportunities for future racing talent but also demonstrates how motorsport can make a genuine difference beyond the circuit.
