Exactly why you should get your young family members involved in boxing

Yes a very hard sport that obviously involves risks but the grit shared in a fight only gives you respect for your opponent. Anyone we have shared the ring with we have respect for because we know the work they have put in to be there, at the same time forcing us to be the best version of ourselves to compete with them. This respect only transfers to people in general.

Discipline (training religiously, eating good, staying away from negative influences and looking after your body preparing for your contest) and also learning to do it when you don’t feel like doing or ‘motivated’ to.

Routine (things to be done every day at a set time, which only prepares you for other areas of lie)

Confidence (without screaming and shouting knowing that you can protect yourself in any situation should you need to)

Big Tuesday night in the gym with kids and adults classes under way 💥 next classes are tomorrow kids 6-10 years at 6pm and women’s box-fit at 7pm!

Women’s only class to finish our Monday night. Come and get involved every Monday at 8pm and Wednesday 7pm 🥊
