A huge thank you to our friend Abbas at BYKO for providing us with some new equipment for the gym, providing good quality for our members. No doubt everyone in the gym, will be wanting to throw at us both on that body shield 🤣

Good kids 6-10 years tonight kids back in after the school holidays 🥊 next class for 6-10s is Monday 5pm!

Tonight’s classes!!

Kids 6-10 years 6-6.50pm: All abilities and new starters welcome whether just to have fun or look to compete like we have some of the older kids ready to move on and start competing. A great way to build confidence and learn the importance of staying fit for young boys and girls. £8 per class or membership options available.

Women’s box-fit 7-8pm: Mostly fitness based boxing while learning a little technique. Great bunch of girls who are happy to help each other out. New starters and all abilities also welcome. £8 per class or membership options available.
