Monday Night Session Done.

For a lot of lads, Monday means straight back into everything thatโ€™s been waiting for them.

Work. Money. Bills. Kids. Relationships. Trying to keep everyone else happy. Not sleeping properly. Feeling stressed. Feeling lonely. Or sometimes just having a crap day and not really knowing why.

โ€œBeen a s**t day. Needed that.โ€

โ€œMy headโ€™s been all over the place today.โ€

โ€œI nearly didnโ€™t come tonight. Glad I did.โ€

โ€œThatโ€™s the first time Iโ€™ve laughed all day.โ€

Thatโ€™s what Monday nights are about.

Sometimes an hour of football is just an hour of football. Sometimes itโ€™s exactly what you needed.
