Probably not as I am so bad at social media and remembering to post about it (my mid-year resolution is to get better at that…… ) and the class has been full for months!

But we have some spaces now avaliable so this is your sign to come and give it a try!

Small, friendly, supportive class with a max of 8 people. We move, breathe, meditate & laugh together!

Tuesdays 7-8.30pm

£12 per 90 min class or book all 4 sessions in June (9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th) for £40 and save 10%.
