I'm Volunteering tonight 🙋♀️ so I've been there this afternoon for our safety briefing!!
Then chatting with locals and other awesome people I know from town
Get down and support this incredible event so it can come back again year after year...
Next weekend I'm volunteering with my crew from Essex Recovery Foundation at our annual Festival. Dance, comedy, wellbeing, pool party... so much fun all in your ticket price
The only thing not there is Alcohol or Drugs.

What a fantastic read
Well I listened as reading words, lots of them! Really isn't my thing!
This is a fantastic book about real life, struggles, recovery, tough times, emotions & love ❤️
I loved the way Fat Tony was just his authentic self, saying his experiences his way.
Famous, Rich, young or old
Addiction affects so many
We need to break stigmas & talk more openly about these things
Whatever you use to numb feelings needs attention

What have you done recently to make yourself proud?
It's so important to take a moment to recognise the good things we do and to be greatful.
Even if its small, every little matters..
I've had a super busy few weeks, so getting a whole day off with my hubby yesterday was so lovely & precious.
We sat on Felixstowe beach & chilled out...
But first we did a great thing, we helped local dog rescue Mutts in Distress with "Sparkles"
Saved from being put down they took her in 5 days ago.
She needed a chauffeur to take her to her new rescue in Suffolk
Yes,,,, I volunteered 🙋♀️ ❤️
So we picked her up & took her to the awesome team in Suffolk where she'll be assessed, helped & rehomed... Be happy little lady 😊
So go do something awesome in your day
