Sunday morning gym. And a nice 30 minutes in the steam room......feeling good.....

Been so busy the last few weeks, not managed to get in the gym at all.
But we managed to get a quick gym session in togeather today.

Look at her, cats got the cream. Taking the micky out of me as im beathing a tad hard.....🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was cream crackered, and madam here hasnt broken a sweat....she's been sciving I know it....🤣🤣😥😥

Not bad on a Uni day....
