I said to them before the session had started tonight we start as we mean to go on and what a great session tonight the intensity was high throughout

I thought the lads took information in really well then we seen that flowing in the drills we knew we needed to work on certain things moving the ball and then making new angles got to say if the lads can project what they did tonight into Saturdays game we will see some beautiful football really pleased with tonight's session and long may it continue 💛🖤

Tonight harrison had everything he came with a great attitude and a willing to work hard

Thoughtout the drills harrison played with a high intensity he displayed great skills in the 1v1s and a willing to defend and battle to end when he didnt have it in the shooting exercise he showed a fantastic range of passing hes finishing was on point solid session keep up the hard work well done 👏 💪

Today was a great lesson for our number 10 ollie

Ollie had to learn very quickly about knowing when to press and when to cut off passing lines as the game went on ollie really did this well forcing the long ball a lot and we was able to recover the second ball as ever ollie worked super hard for the team and was unlucky not to score a couple today again i felt ollie tried to play football and was unlucky with a few of hes passes not getting through but overall very good game for him

What we really liked about george today he understood he's role and he's responsibilities he made it very difficult for there best player to dictate the game he battled really hard all game and hes awareness of danger was brilliant

On the ball he tried to play football and make good decisions really solid return to the team keep up the hard work well done 💪👏

Fantastic from our number 1 today showed exactly what he will bring to this team this season

Today i think Ellis had hes best game in a alvechurch shirt we played a very strong side who created a lot of chances but Ellis matched a lot of there efforts in the first half he made some fantastic saves to keep the score low hes decision making when he had the ball was fantastic and really liked hes positioning off and on the ball

Massive well done today keep up the hard work 💪 👏

Today we came up against a very good side in boldmere St Michael's we can take positives from the game but we also can take things that we need to work on

Got to say the lads did themselves proud were currently in the teething stage of our new system and playing a certain way and for a lot of the time the lads did really well second half we matched them and played good football at times we just didn't make more out of our chances at the other end I thought the lads defended well and ellis made some fantastic saves when he was required

I personally have took a lot of positives from this game and for me were moving in the right direction we have work to do of course but like I say there one of the best teams in this league so it's a great benchmark well done to all the lads onwards and upwards 💛🖤
