What an amazing pad-work session at the Ramada today.

Some seriously talented boys who’ve travelled miles, leaving everything behind in search of a new home.

They don’t even realise the skills and strength they’re carrying.
Hearing their stories and seeing their talent up close… honestly beautiful ❤️

We all have a purpose. Ours is to spot that spark, give people space to grow, and let them shine as they are.

We’re all carrying enough baggage — no need to retraumatise the world.

Let’s just celebrate the beauty in people’s gifts 🫂

😊 We’re proud to welcome Dr Mark Esho MBE to our Board of Directors.

A tech entrepreneur turned resilience coach and social entrepreneur, Mark has built multiple successful businesses and now focuses on empowering others through investment, mentoring and social enterprise.

After contracting polio at the age of five and being given just a 10% chance of survival, Mark went on to thrive, earning an MBA from De Montfort University, founding several companies, and receiving an MBE in 2022 for services to business.

We are delighted to have Mark on board and look forward to the greater value and insight he will bring to our adventure as a grassroots organisation.
