Active-Ability is back with our full schedule this week, starting with bal-ates on Monday. A gentle mix of ballet, Pilates and creative movement to music at Barcud Housing, Bro Teifi, 1.00, and our lively seated dance and fitness class on Thursday at 1.30.
Find us just behind Yr Hafod, free parking available and the 408 town bus service stops outside. Free refreshments available after our class.

We’re excited to announce that the lovely Morvenna from Active-Ability will be joining us once a month to provide a class, free for our members, thanks to recent funding from CAVO Ceredigion
Morvenna will lead gentle seated movement sessions to music — and they look like so much fun!
It’s a wonderful addition to our “keeping legs healthy and life moving” motto, helping everyone stay active, connected, and moving in a way that feels enjoyable and accessible.

Active-Ability reminder. Tuesday at Maes Mwldan and Thursday at Barcud will be at the usual times. But there will be no class on Friday.
