🇦🇺 Good luck, mate! 🇦🇺
Well… after years of smashing out sets, handing out poolside advice (whether people asked for it or not 😉), and being a brilliant part of the club, it’s time for your next adventure… Australia!
Thanks for everything you’ve done for BWSC. From all the hard work you’ve put into your own swimming to the time you’ve spent helping coach, encouraging others and standing on poolside, you’ve made a huge impact.
We’re all incredibly jealous that your warm-up pool is about to become the Pacific Ocean… just try not to mistake a shark for an oversized kickboard 🦈
A few things to remember while you’re away:
🏊 Swim between the flags.
🦘 Don’t challenge a kangaroo to a kick set.
🐊 If someone says “watch out for the crocs”, they’re probably not talking about the shoes.
☀️ And yes… factor 50 is now part of your training kit!
Have the best year, make the most of every opportunity, and don’t forget about us while you’re soaking up the sunshine. We expect plenty of updates and if you come back saying “G’day” and calling everyone “mate”, there’s going to be a hell of a punishment in store!
