Our parkrun tourists were at it again this morning!

Ards Forest Park took the prize for furthest from home today, but a special shout-out to Ruth who made it to Claudy Country Park — NI’s newest parkrun! 💚

Well done Monday evening squad, great start to the week getting either 5k or 5miles in!

Our yearly trip to Ardboe for the Great Rossa Run is always one we look forward to, and this year definitely didn’t disappoint.

There was plenty to celebrate throughout the day – Martin’s hens were out in force, Mairead celebrated her 50th birthday, Youssef completed his first ever 5K, and Jennifer smashed her first 10K.

As always, it was a brilliant day out with great running, plenty of laughs, and even better company. A massive thanks to everyone involved in organising another cracking event.

Same time next year? We wouldn’t miss it. 💚
