Sam joined our Disability Fitness Club a few weeks ago and is now also taking part in our 1-1 training sessions.

Tyler has a fantastic sporting background, having competed in Mixed Martial Arts, and he’s already shown incredible determination and a great attitude during his first few sessions with us🥊

Violet has been working hard on her walking over the past while, and the progress she has made has been amazing👏🏼

She has come such a long way and is now confident enough to go shopping again using her walking frame. In the gym, Violet is now able to walk independently, which is a huge achievement✨

We have recently started introducing a walking stick, and the goal is that, over time, she will continue to progress and build the confidence to use this when she’s out and about🙏🏼

We’re incredibly proud of everything Violet has achieved so far, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next. 💜🚶🏻‍♀️👏🏼
