Some past photos of my jumping days. Lessons available around Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire!
I have wide knowledge of showjumping where I have travelled around the country competing against the Whitakers. I have competed young horses and produced for high level.
I now enjoy teaching and seeing the next generation do well. I’ve taught for over 6 years all around the country.

CLIPS CLIPS CLIPS!

I hope everyone is keeping cool in the heat! This year has been a tough one for all livestock but I’ve found a lot of Cushings ponies and horses have suffered more due to their Cushings coats. Unfortunately Cushings effects the coat growth and doesn’t allow for good temp regulating. With this they are over heating.
Taking the coat off allows them to be cooler in the heat and stops the matting of the coat. They are a lot more comfortable and no longer at risk of heat stroke.
HOWEVER this doesn’t mean other horses and ponies haven’t suffered either. They are still getting hot even with their summer coats. You’d be surprised to see how thick their summer coats can be still! By clipping, this allows for a more comfortable ride without so much sweat and the risk of over heating.
Clippings are available now please don’t let them over heat!

When people ask me what makes you work with horses?
I reply…
Horses give me peace. They keep me happy. I love to help others and see change for the good. Progression in scared horses, horses with past experiences slowly trusting. All the small signs of progression. Seeing foals breathe for the first time. Seeing happiness. Horses are my life and that will never change and the more people I can help the better☺️
