In Equine Assisted Learning horses reflect our emotions, helping us feel safe and calm. I work with competition horses and at Redwings Horse Sanctuary.

The groundwork-based programmes builds self-awareness, emotional awareness, trust through connection, and present-moment interaction with the horse. I work as an Inclusion Practitioner with 20+ years’ experience supporting children, young people aged 5–19 and their families through education. I specialise in Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, PDA, anxiety, SEMH, EBSA and more. I have always been
