New autumn adult/junior coaching programme 6 week block

Tuesday
6pm to 7pm-Tennis express (beginners)

7.30pm to 9pm- improvers tennis

Wednesday
9.30am to 11am- ladies drills and games

6pm to 7.30pm- improvers squad

7.30pm to 9pm - ladies doubles squad

Thursday
6pm to 7.30pm- junior squad u18

7.30pm to 9pm- mens squad

Saturday
9am to 10am - ladies drills and games

10am to 11am- pre red p2/p3

11am to 12pm- red ball p4/p5

12pm to 1pm - orange ball p6

1pm to 2pm- green ball/yellow ball- p7 and over

2pm to 3pm- yellow ball
