After sharing my thoughts on accountability yesterday, I had an idea that I’m really excited about! I’m starting a WhatsApp group dedicated to our goals, where we can cheer each other on and keep ourselves on track.

Think of it as our little community for motivation, drop in and share your goals, big or small! Whether it’s remembering to stay hydrated, sticking to your medication or supplements, getting in those extra steps, or hitting the gym a couple of times a week, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that we’ve got each other’s backs! 💪

🚨 Bootcamp update 🚨

I’m so sorry for the late notice, but I have a family emergency involving a close friend and won’t be able to run Bootcamp today.

A little bit of honesty…

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, and I recently completed my HND in Physical Activity and Health, along with my qualification in the management of long-term health conditions.

People often assume that because this is my profession, I must be perfect with my own habits.

The truth is, I’m not.

I know exactly why I should take my daily supplements, but sometimes life gets busy, I get distracted, and I forget. It happens.

That reminded me that accountability isn’t just for clients, it’s something we all benefit from, no matter our experience.

So I’m making a commitment to myself to stay consistent, and I’m going to share that journey here.

If you’ve been struggling to stay on track with your own goals, whether that’s exercising, drinking more water, taking your vitamins, or making healthier choices you’re not alone.

Let’s keep each other accountable. No guilt, no judgement, just support and small daily wins that build into lasting habits.
