A lovely afternoon of sunshine, barefeet and happiness. So good to see all the regular families and providers at Playful Gardens today. Met some wonderful new families too 🌿🍂

Sincere apologises to all the people, organisations and events I have missed, cancelled and rescheduled over the last month. The end of June brought about a very unexpected and devastating loss to my family. Bereavement has hit our family with such force and at this moment, I still feel I am not in a position to give to anyone but my close family.

I have such love and passion for what I do, but when life takes away what means the most, re-evaluation brings about a priority change. I'd like to say I'm ready to get back to it this month but I'm just not there yet. I need to practice what I preach. Self care, quality family time, reflection and empathy to myself and those around me. I also need to feel it all and not shy away from it with distraction.

Thank you to all those that have shared messages of support, understanding and kindness during this difficult time.

The quote - "Do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life" explains my day perfectly.

Barefeet and sunshine, smiles and laughter, exploration and mindfulness in nature, singing bowls and grounding meditation with wonderful children in a wonderful school.
