Sunday Run Club 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️

This morning we had our 5km & 3km groups out, taking on the hills & managing to avoid drowning in the puddles that looked the size of lough neagh.

Well done everyone for their efforts 👊🏼

Time to pick up the KM as some prep for St Paddy’s day 10km, Belfast half & full marathon.

Back again next Sunday 👊🏼

Have a great weekend.

I wanted to give you a bit of an insight to how my training has changed over the years, but lead me to this point to help shape my overall training style.

Is there a “best workout” program out there?
No.

But there are simple and effective training styles that’s going to help you build more muscle, give you back more energy and not leave you feeling burnt out.

If it’s weight loss, building muscle or simply staying on top of your training for the longevity of the health and wellbeing of your body so that you can perform at your best?

Then you have to be strategic on how you plan that.

Win this week:
Procrastinate less. Do more ☑️

Lesson: Don’t put stuff on a todo list you already know gets done. 📈

I always find when I’m consistently doing the basics, such as staying on top of training, dialling in nutrition, regular sleep schedule I get a lot more done. And feel better for it too.

And of course, staying on top of recovery. Shoutout to Renew you, quality spot.

Looking forward to this week’s projects, catching up with clients & the coaching team.

Putting the work in and reaping the rewards.

Online client Bridget is hard evidence that lifting weights does not Infact make you look bulky. Instead by adding lean muscle will help you along your journey with weight loss.

Even as a busy nurse working 12 hour days, Bridget was able to dedicate time and energy to make resistance training part of her routine by following a strength program along side sticking to a regimented diet.

Accountability was able to help get the needle moving each week.

10kg down in scale weight over the last 5 months and over 50cm across her body down in measurements.

& her first ever 10km run after never running before 👏🏼

Smashing it Bridget 🙌🏼

Considering the 75 hard this January?

Here are some reasons why it might not work for you.

Don’t get me wrong, the intention to get up and get after it’s there but is it the right approach for you?

Remember, consistency beats intensity for long term results.

Get after it. Just don’t burn out and fall out of love with training in the process.

2025 wrapped 🤝🏼

What a year it has been.

Watching Evie grow another year older has been the biggest blessing. Another year funnier, smarter, cheekier and the best friend Daddy never thought he needed.

Another year watching my fiancé be the best mum to Evie in everything she does for us. I’m glad she’s planning our wedding because I genuinely would be lost.

An exciting year on the coaching front with more incredible results from my 1-1 team of clients.
To the Sunday run club with its events hosted.
The projects I’ve been blessed to be working on and the incredible people I’ve met along the way.

The experiences.
The challenges.
The blessings.
The curveballs.
The lessons.
The change.

Thank you 2025.

The new years always a good time to reflect on what’s worked and what needs improved on.

Make this another year of self improvement in everything you do.

2026 is going to be good 📈
