HEY YOU!
have tried running a Couch to 5k on your own in the past only to lose motivation at around weeks 4 to 5?
Running is great, but running together is a game-changer! Science shows that lacing up with a group makes every mile easier and a lot more fun. Here is why you should join our new Couch to 5K group:
- Less Effort, More Fun: Group runs trigger a bigger endorphin rush, boosting your mood and naturally taking your mind off the fatigue.
- Built-in Accountability: Staying motivated is tough on your own. With social strides, showing up becomes second nature.
- Built for Beginners: No one gets left behind! We learn and celebrate milestones together and you can share in the wealth of knowledge on pacing, gear and recovery from within the group.
- Safety in Numbers: Enjoy evening and morning runs with the peace of mind that comes from staying together.
Whether you've never run a step in your life or just want to get back into it, we are here to support you all the way to the finish line.
📅 First Session: 15th September 2026, 7pm.
📍 Meeting Spot: Antrim Loughshore Playpark
